Yes when performed by trained technicians using professional, ophthalmologist-tested dyes. We perform a patch test for clients with known sensitivities and avoid tinting if irritation occurs. Always tell us about allergies or eye conditions so we can choose the safest approach.
Henna stains skin as well as hair, creating the appearance of fuller, more defined brows that can last longer on skin than traditional tints. Traditional eyebrow tints color hair only. Henna offers a more natural shading effect but requires patch testing.
Wait at least 24 to 48 hours after waxing or threading to tint. Skin sensitivity after hair removal can increase risk of irritation. If your skin is red or tender, postpone tinting longer to reduce discomfort and ensure even dye absorption.
Avoid mascara for the first 24 hours to allow the tint to fully set and prevent smudging. After that, mascara is fine. Use oil-free eye makeup removers and avoid oil-based products to prolong lash tint longevity and prevent premature fading.
